Marcus Samuelsson

In the previous episodes, chef Marcus Samuelsson and Pure Leaf Tea House Collection have taken us on a journey through the elements of a taste experience — temperature, aesthetic, fragrance and texture. From childhood, Marcus has been influenced by the food in the places he has lived, from the fresh, local foods of Smögen on the west coast of Sweden to the verdant diversity of New York City. He is the owner of several restaurants, including New York City’s own Red Rooster in Harlem. Now, in the final episode on taste, Marcus combines these elements with the unique flavor combinations of the Pure Leaf Tea House Collection and crafts them into various dishes for the ultimate dining experience.
